WHAT'S INCLUDED: 
I’ve designed this retreat to offer a beautiful blend of slow indulgence, local immersion, and thoughtful connection on Italy’s Ligurian coast.

Here’s what you can look forward to during this 5-night escape:

Accommodation:
A relaxed yet refined stay at the charming Hotel Windsor in the seaside village of Laigueglia, from 4–9 October 2025. Just steps from the beach, this design-forward boutique hotel is the perfect setting for slow mornings and salty-aired evenings.

Daily Breakfasts, Lunches and Dinners:
Wake up to a delicious breakfast each morning, enjoy long, local-style lunches, and gather for meaningful group dinners — from seaside trattorias to candlelit restaurants with a view. Every meal is thoughtfully chosen to reflect the region’s culinary soul.

Drinks:
With each meal, enjoy a selection of included drinks: still and sparkling water, two non-alcoholic beverages at lunch, and one non-alcoholic drink plus either two glasses of wine or beer or prosecco at dinner.

Welcome Reception:
We’ll ease into retreat mode with a casual welcome evening — a light dinner, relaxed conversation, and a chance to introduce the theme of embracing your soft life era, in the perfect setting by the sea.

Cooking Class with a Local Chef:
A heartwarming session where we’ll gather ingredients, cook traditional Ligurian dishes, and enjoy what we’ve created together. A joyful way to connect over flavour, local stories, and good company.

Afternoon Boat Outing:
We’ll spend a carefree afternoon out on the water, taking in the coastline from a new perspective. Expect gentle sea breezes, beautiful views, and time to unwind at sea.

Village Walk & Local Discoveries:
You’ll get to know Laigueglia and nearby spots in a gentle, unhurried way. It’s more about soaking up the atmosphere than ticking off sights.

Memorable Group Meals:
Throughout the week, we’ll come together for shared meals that feel joyful and relaxed. Great food, thoughtful settings, and the kind of conversation that flows easily.

Soft Life Morning by the Sea:
A quiet morning dedicated to slow living, with simple rituals, gentle reflection, and a little mindful indulgence. One of our signature retreat moments.

A Surprise Day Trip:
On day 4, we’ll head off to one of Liguria’s most iconic destinations. Expect Italian Riviera glamour, coastal charm, and a full dose of dolce vita magic.

Coastal Time & Breathing Space:
There’s plenty of time to do your own thing, too. Stroll by the sea, journal at a café, or simply be. Our aim is to leave the hustle behind and embrace a softer, slower approach to life.

Farewell Dinner:
We’ll wrap up our time together with a truly special evening — a celebration of beauty, connection, and the memories we’ve shared.

PRICING NOTES:
The shared room early bird price of €3,800 per person is valid for bookings made by 10 July 2025. From 11 July, the shared room price will be €4,200 per person. The single occupancy price is fixed at €5,200 per person. A special “bring a friend” incentive is also available – feel free to ask about it when booking.

- Travel to and from Laigueglia, Italy

- Accommodation outside of retreat dates

- Travel insurance (recommended)

- Additional expenses, such as:
     - Mini bar items
     - Laundry services
     - Personal phone calls

- Any activities not included in the programme

- Additional meals, beverages, and personal requests beyond the retreat offerings

TERMS & CONDITIONS: 
This retreat offers a unique experience with limited availability. A deposit of 500€ is required to reserve your spot, with full payment due 45 days before the retreat start date. Cancellations made less than 25 days before arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount paid.
